NICEIBB 服務條款與使用準則
（2025年3月4日修訂版）
一、條款適用範圍
- 本條款適用於 niceibb.com 及其子域名（以下統稱「本平臺」），明確規範用戶訪問、使用本平臺服務之權利義務。
- 非官方網址（端口）之第三方頁面（含宣傳、說明、介紹等內容）均與本平臺無關，其言論、服務及法律責任由第三方自行承擔，本平臺不予認可亦不承擔連帶責任。
二、用戶資格與行為準則
（一）基本資格
- 年齡限制：用戶須為所在司法管轄區法定成年年齡（≥18歲）且具完全民事行為能力者。
- 地域限制：用戶所在地區未明令禁止成人內容之傳播與瀏覽。
（二）禁止行為
用戶不得於本平臺從事以下行為：
- 歧視性言論：針對性別、性取向（含LGBTQ+群體）、種族、宗教等之攻擊、貶損或煽動仇恨。
- 非法與敏感內容：
- 發佈或討論政治議題、宗教爭議、虛假信息及誘導犯罪之內容；
- 上傳、傳播未成年人相關內容、獸交、暴力虐待（SM）或血腥暴力之圖像、影音及鏈接。
- 侵權行為：侵犯他人知識產權、隱私權或違反當地法律法規之行為。
三、第三方內容免責聲明
- 本平臺可能包含第三方網站鏈接或引用內容，此類內容之合法性、準確性及相關責任均由第三方自行承擔，與本平臺無涉。
- 用戶經本平臺跳轉至第三方網站所獲取之資訊、產品或服務，本平臺不予擔保且不承擔任何法律責任。
四、內容管理權與爭議處理
- 內容歸屬聲明：用戶於本平臺發佈之內容均屬個人或其所代表組織之觀點，不代表本平臺立場。
- 管理權限：
- 管理團隊有權依據平臺規則對違規內容進行刪除、屏蔽或帳號封禁等處置；
- 用戶對管理措施存異議者，可透過 hi@niceibb.com 提交書面申訴，管理團隊將於15個工作日內回覆。
- 強制服從條款：未提出有效申訴者，須無條件接受管理決定。
五、條款接受與修訂
- 訪問或註冊本平臺即視為用戶已閱讀、理解並同意受本條款約束。
- 本平臺保留對條款之單方解釋權及修訂權，修訂後條款自官網公示之日起生效，恕不另行通知。

NICEIBB Service Terms and Usage Guidelines

I. Scope of Terms
- These terms apply to niceibb.com and its subdomains (collectively referred to as "the Platform"), governing the rights and obligations of users accessing or utilizing the Platform’s services.
- Third-party pages (including promotional, explanatory, or introductory content) linked via non-official URLs or ports are unrelated to the Platform. Their content, services, and legal liabilities are solely the responsibility of the third parties, and the Platform neither endorses nor assumes any liability.
II. User Eligibility and Conduct Guidelines
(A) Basic Eligibility
- Age Restriction: Users must meet the legal adult age (≥18 years) and possess full civil capacity in their jurisdiction.
- Geographic Restriction: Users must reside in regions where adult content is not explicitly prohibited by law.
(B) Prohibited Activities
Users are prohibited from engaging in the following on the Platform:
- Discriminatory Speech: Attacks, derogatory remarks, or incitement of hatred targeting gender, sexual orientation (including LGBTQ+ communities), race, religion, or other protected groups.
- Illegal or Sensitive Content:
- Posting or discussing political agendas, religious disputes, false information, or content inducing criminal acts;
- Uploading, distributing, or sharing materials or links related to minors, bestiality, violent abuse (e.g., SM), or graphic violence.
- Infringement: Actions violating intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or local laws and regulations.
III. Third-Party Content Disclaimer
- The Platform may contain links to or references from third-party websites. The legality, accuracy, and liability for such content rest solely with the third parties, and the Platform bears no responsibility.
- Information, products, or services obtained by users through third-party websites linked via the Platform are neither guaranteed nor subject to any legal liability by the Platform.
IV. Content Moderation and Dispute Resolution
- Content Ownership Declaration: All user-published content reflects the views of the individual or organization represented and does not represent the Platform’s stance.
- Moderation Authority:
- The moderation team reserves the right to remove, restrict, or suspend accounts for violations of Platform rules;
- Users disputing moderation actions may submit a written appeal to hi@niceibb.com, with a response from the team within 15 business days.
- Mandatory Compliance Clause: Users failing to submit a valid appeal must unconditionally accept moderation decisions.
V. Acceptance and Amendment of Terms
- Accessing or registering for the Platform constitutes the user’s acknowledgment, understanding, and agreement to abide by these terms.
- The Platform reserves the exclusive right to interpret and amend these terms unilaterally. Revised terms take effect immediately upon publication on the official website without prior notice.
